    The Program Review Process encourages
    CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT*
in the development of Innovative Programs
and leads to cultural changes in the workplace

The Program Review Process encourages CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in the development of Innovative Programs and can lead to cultural changes in the workplace. The Program Review Process is formative in that it sets the expectations for cultural change, assists colleges in reaching the expectations through action planning, and showcases excellence to communicate those changes. The Process was adapted from an internal program review process developed at Hudson Valley Community College; the lead school in New York for the Next Step Program.
