“As per the agreement reached between the Company and the Union on September 19, 2012, the New York Next Step Program will be terminated as of May 31, 2016.  Only associates currently enrolled in the NSP for classes beginning in the Fall 2012 semester, but have not completed their degree requirements, will be able to continue taking courses under the program and will have the opportunity to complete their coursework by May 31, 2016.  As a result of this, all other activities associated with enrollment into the Next Step Program has been terminated.”
